9 hits in the last 19 innings for the Cubs offense. Outside of the Manfred man inning they’ve only had multiple runners on once during that span, which happened with 2 outs and the inning ended on the next pitch

Maybe it’s just because it’s a national broadcast and they are told not to criticize umpires. Only thing I can think of.

I’m fairly close to looking up how many 5+ ERA pitchers we’ve faced lately and how we’ve fared against them lol
