There should be serious repercussions for the Marlins and Cardinals if the stories are true about how reckless both teams have been that lead to the contraction and spread of the virus. Teams/Owners/Manfred have fucked up plenty, but the players deserve blame too. They still have to take responsibility and be horsefeathering adults and not make stupid decisions that can put them, their teammates and the league in danger. Hopefully the hall monitor/babysitters MLB is putting in place and other protocols stops the nonsense behavior leading to big spread events.

Surprised they didn’t have a couple built in 3 day off periods midweek for cases like this. Would only extend the season a week. StL-Mil is easier to make up because you can just do doubleheaders. StL-Det is much harder.
