3:05 is the worst time for an opening day game to start. Either make the game at a time where the game can be completed during work hours or at night so I can watch the entirety at home.

i cant do sports on DVR. It's not a big deal, just 1/162. It's just my selfish preference to have the game start either earlier or later.

I guess that's the benefit of living on the west coast. No one is talking about the Cubs game. Secondary benefit of watching the game on delay is it forces me to avoid this bummer of a forum.

I can do DVR for random games in June and July, but only to catch up to live action. If it's over, I'm not watching.

the nuts and bolts of the dreaded nuptials are that it is my wife's cousin and his future wife, both of whom I like. We could have used the "we have a 3 year old and a 5 month old so we probably won't take off work to drive six hours round trip on a thursday but thanks" card, but it appears my wife was guilted by family members who don't see our kids as much as the rest of the fam and thus, on opening day, i will be on the road.

With the way that this offseason seemed to drag on and on I'm surprised that I feel like opening day snuck up on me.
