I have nothing against them. I may actually root for them. Do it for Uecker.

I hope some of you trip and somehow land on your nuts while going to bed tonight.

That's why I've taken a huge step back from the Cubs after 2016. The fact that sports can do this to people is dumb. It's pure tribalism. Be happy for the Brewers if they go far.

Why do we care about the Brewers winning the World Series? That'd be an amazing baseball story. Better them than the Yankees, Red Sox, or Dodgers.

i give them credit for the 95 wins and having a great season, but i don't really think that roster deserves to win a world series, and it would be annoying to see them do it

People still won't face the fact the Brewers are good

Isn't that like, the whole point of following sports?

a number of their players are grade-a d-bags and the city of milwaukee, generally speaking, sucks.

True, but the Cubs had a few of those too. The Brewers don't have the market cornered on scumbags, and their manager seems like a respectable guy. I won't be upset if they win.

You be happy with the Brewers going far. I will be happy with you somehow landing on your nuts while going to bed tonight.

ETA: What you said about it being pure tribalism, I totally agree with.

Their bullpen may be WS caliber, starters not, what'll probably happen, if they go far, is bullpen will be over used. Eventually costing them.

The quality of at bats seemed to deteriorate by the week over the second half. It really was amazing.

Fingers crossed for some good luck come hot stove season.

horsefeathers the A's.

Red Sox - nope

Yankees- nope

Astros - nope

Dodgers - nope

Brewers - horsefeathers no

Rockies or A’s. That will satisfy my apathy for 2018 baseball.

The last time I had fun with this was the last David Bote walk off. This team became a chore to watch.

I was at that game. Other than watching Heyward's walk off slam and the Atlanta comeback that I didn't even see live, I don't think I'll remember any other positive moment about this season.

I’ll watch to see the brewers lose because horsefeathers them.

Feel good stories? A’s, Indians (I guess?) and maybe the Braves since it would be cool to see Markakis get a ring.

Changes will definitely be made and additions and subtractions needed but this sport is so weird and unpredictable I think this is really a horsefeathers happens year more than anything. When you make the playoffs every year you’re likely not getting the wanted outcome in this mostly stupid sport.

Oh yes. Go Indians!

Yeah, I was just kidding. We all started saying horsefeathers so and so, so I just wanted to say horsefeathers the A's.

milwaukee is one of the most segregated cities in the country and people kept electing david clarke to be their sheriff so that he could neglect people to death in his prisons. it's just a lousy city.

still might have a leg up on cincinnati though.

11 of the last 31 games the Cubs have scored a run or less. Did anybody really expect the Cubs to go to the WS this year? Baez trying to pick up the load for the whole team won't work. Yelich did it with some help, Brewers are good (and hot).

And the Cubs didn't even get a hit from the ninth to the end of the game... 16k's, could have had at least two or three walks in those 4 innings..,

Til Next Year!

Rizzo didn't exactly give Chili Davis an endorsement there, when asked about whether the team got away from their approach of using the whole field - "If I hit the ball to left field, it's an accident."

Honestly, if it wasn't for Braun and Hader, I wouldn't mind the Brewers winning.

Yes. That whole state can get bent.
