I have made it through one turn of the rotation unscathed. a winning streak this long has never happened in major league history, unless you count the movie. I do not see Joe ripping pieces of clothing off of a cardboard cutout of Laura Ricketts so you know it's only a matter of time before we dip to like 6th place

this goon who probably likes busch light

I feel like Bryant could lose his arm in a horrific accident and only miss 1 game.

Man if something happens to him...

Is this the guy that got fired from Sterling Cooper because he wouldn't horsefeathers the dude from Lucky Strike?

Unless someone gave him a slug of some booze to dull the pain.

The Cubs wouldn't miss Bryant at all.

For your pregame reading pleasure KB has been historically unclutch. I am now going to find FlyTheW and join his cult.

It sucks but I still think its mostly a fluke. In 2015 he was one of the most clutch players in baseball with a pretty good sample size.

That said, its gotten to the point where I don't like when he comes up in key situations. Then all the logic in my head informs me that I'm an idiot and Kris is our best hitter but then he strikes out awkwardly like he did in that Toronto game.

I dunno, maybe it is in his head at this point, but this is a guy that had a .923 OPS in the playoffs last year, had 4 hits in game 6 of the World Series, would have had the World Series winning HR in game 7 if the wind wasn't blowing in, hit a game tying 2 run HR in the 9th inning of NLDS Game 3. He's not a guy that cowers under the pressure of big games.

Honestly I knew that article was coming eventually.

Also we all recall what happened the night the last time this article was written...

Didn't Sullivan write one along these lines last year?

Yeah and that night Bryant had 2 huge HR against the Dodgers
