While posting a Getty image on your commercial website to promote a product would incur damages including the license fee you didn't pay and the unjust profits you made from the use (or statutory damages, if they're higher), this use would result in tim getting a take down under the DMCA and probably nothing more.

I was all about clinching in St. Louis, but now that it's going to take a sweep and the clinch day would be a Wednesday day game, i'd be Ok with 2/3 and clinching Thursday night at home.

It's a win-win for me. I also would like to sweep them because horsefeathers them for sweeping us during our bad stretch. that should never have happened.
