With rosters expanding today and not really needing to win a lot anymore (not that he even helps our chances of winning right now) I don't know why they wouldn't try and get him a good week or so off to see if a little rest helps. It certainly can't hurt.

it must be some kind of glitch since the 2016 Cubs tend to break baseball things but if you switch the FG playoff odds to "season stats to date" mode, their WS odds go up to almost 30%
