Wisconsin is pretty bad

yeah that ending kind of sucked. as an NCSU fan i pretty much am immune to watching bad basketball. i just hope for close games most of the time.

Illinois beats UIC by 4 with a 35-14 FT advantage. UIC has lost its previous 3 by 78 points.

 

UIC shot 60% from 3 when they shoot 25% against everyone else. That is not all on the defense. That is absolute bad luck.

It's doubtful, not sure how Groce doesn't get a pass for this year now. Starting pg, pf, and c lost for the season.

Big win for the Hoosiers today. Down double digits all day to Notre Dame and ends it with a 40-17 run. From down 16 to win by 7. Very important to get their first non-conference win against a non-terrible opponent. Got a cupcake in Kennesaw St, then the conference season. B1G schedule is very favorable this year, with the 1st 9 games against teams IU can/should beat.

The B1G schedule does look favorable but beating ND isn't enough to fully shake my apathy for IU yet.

Still bitter about the Butler loss but Purdue finishes the non-con 12-1 with three wins against Pomeroy/BPI top-25 teams. Oh and two top-10 RPI teams, lol.

DePaul beat #20 George Washington by 20 points last night. Lost to Northwestern in OT on Saturday as well. Progress?

 

They should have won that NW game too.

 

If you look at the teams they've lost to there are no terrible losses, all to power conference teams, except Arkansas Little Rock who was undefeated until last night.

 

OK who am I kidding, they are horrible, GW was probably overrated based on their win against Virginia the first week of the season.

The good news is that Illinois looks as if they'll be able to field a team for the B1G season.

 

It's a shame that they have so many injuries because Hill and Nunn are as good as any duo in the big ten. Finke has a future too. They just cant rebound or defend at all.
