I miss Lovie.

Coach of the 1-8 Bucs?

I bet we'd be better than 3-6 if he were still here.

We'd be 5-5 and heading for just missing the playoffs.

I mean, when you saw them you would never think Emery would be a quality GM or Trestman would be a quality head coach in the NFL, and, well. They still look exactly what they looked like before.

Exactly

they were both outside the box high risk/high reward hires that failed miserably.

At least he wasn't a dumpster fire in year 2

I apologize for commenting on Cutler and not the 8 million things more wrong with the team, but I think at least five passes he's thrown have hit Green Bay players first.

It's okay. Pile on, everyone sucks tonight.

everybody who gets excited about Forte's catch totals needs to remember those are all [expletive] dumpoffs

same with Jay's completion percentage

he's more disinterested in this team than I am

Doesn't matter who's coach, something some bear did angered something supernatural and now we're fucked until all eternity like the cubs.

Let's talk about HC candidates seriously if the largest unshared market in the country that invented the league can't hire its disgruntled ex qb to coach we [expletive] suck

Yeah, because he inherited such a great team...

Lovie did more with far less talent.

Everyone had that team as the "surprise team" and headed to the playoffs.

I know what you are going for here, but I don't see the basis for the "high reward" part of the equation.

Lovie had the most talented bears team since '85 and [expletive] the bed with his own poor personnel input.

Lovie Smith sucks as a head coach, the real question is, why they didn't hire Bruce Arians when they hired Trestman over him. They had their choice and went with Trestman.

Probably Ditka

If Emery keeps all of these coaches until the end of the season he's only guaranteeing that he gets the axe when they do.

Most GMs get a second head coach hire unless they [expletive] the bed in all other aspects of the job.
