On that map, Ouachita Parish in Louisiana is one of the few areas shaded green for Rizzo. That's my location....

I'm in Sheboygan County, WI the only green area there along Lake Michigan surrounded by yellow. I feel my 40-60 votes swayed the voter there as well.
