KU has at times looked a little better these last two games. We will still get punked by teams with size. I feel bad for Traylor, who was good as a complementary, undersized big, but is now expected to be a defensive anchor. He just cannot defend the 5 one-on-one.

Illinois-Baylor has been an unattractive basketball game.

i really thought this illinois team was immune to this sort of game that they used to love so much

On the plus side, Malcolm Hill is good and getting better.

Ugly, but against a big, physical team, I'll take it.

yeah, pretty ugly, but we controlled the second half. good early season test and they passed.

oh yes, and I want Malcolm hill to win BTPOY so bad.

I mean, they shot 30% from the field and under 50% from the FT line, and practically led wire to wire against a team that destroyed Memphis yesterday.

in the past, this kind of game would mean 45 points and a loss to a bad team.

and their zone was effective, but we are just a much better defensive team than they are.

Feels very weird having Wisconsin be the favorite. Also, they have a bizarre number of three point shooters with shots that look like the ball is slipping from their hands early

Rutgers leads Virginia at the half, which doesn't count towards the ACC-B1G challenge, but...wow.

This game finished 45-26. Rutgers only scored 8 points in the 2nd half.

Ha. And they covered the spread of 18 points, too. They are ridiculous on D.

DePaul had their annual WTF loss by 11 to Lehigh on Wednesday...and followed it up by hammering a decent Stanford team by 15 today. Weird.

Rutgers @ Clemson (Clemson)

Nebraska @ FSU (FSU)

Pittsburgh @ Indiana (IU)

Minnesota @ Wake Forrest (Minny)

Syracuse @ Michigan (Michigan)

Illinois @ Miami (Miami)

NC State @ Purdue (Purdue)

Ohio State @ Louisville (Louisville)

MSU @ Notre Dame (MSU)

Virginia Tech @ Penn St (Penn St)

Iowa @ UNC (UNC)

Virginia @ Maryland (Maryland)

GTech @ Northwestern (Northwestern)

Duke @ Wisconsin (Wisconsin)

9 - 5, B1G wins... not too confident in Northwestern or Penn St and Purdue is is almost the youngest team in the country so anything could happen there. I think the B1G wins at any rate...

Pomeroy unsurprisingly has it at 7-7, with a slight edge to the ACC. The ACC will once again keep one of their shittiest teams home, as they did last year, and the years when they had a 12-11 team advantage.

So stupid...have no idea what to think of them now. Lehigh is freaking terrible and an inexcusable loss, but the Stanford win makes up for it mostly.
