Great timing for Arkansas to make their leap back to relevancy. They happen to be a 14 pt favorite vs Wake tonight. Anybody know how they are supposed to be this season?

 

They'll be below .500, Manning is their new coach. They had their best players either graduate or transfer.

 

I expect Arkansas to win 20 and make the tourney.

Purdue is playing Grambling St. tonight. Grambling is 351 / 351 in the Pomeroy rankings. That won't do much to help the SoS....

Not sure how good Arkansas will be this year, but they beat Wake by 30 last night with 6 players in double figures. They made several 5-player substitutions with their 2nd team looking even more effective than the starters and their press was Nolan-like. Most impressed I've been watching a Hog team in maybe 20 years.

I'm really, really antsy to see what Iowa can do against Texas. I'm hoping we don't have another year where we lose every game against good teams even though we're leading in the last two minutes like the last two.

Woodbury has been pretty good thus far. White has been great, Uthoff great at times but disappears for too long. The guards have been horrible.

Illini currently the second highest scoring team in the nation, but the schedule has been really weak, so the adjusted efficiency is only 57th, which is still thrice as good as it was last year.

Lol Kentucky beating Montana State 58-11 with 11 mins left in the game. Montana state hasnt scored in the first 9 mins of the second half.

Iu doesn't have a tournament team again this year. I didn't think Crean was very good before Zeller got there. They underperformed in 2012-2013 with a ton of talent, and they aren't good now. When does the guy get fired? I'm not a fan.
