Really big game for Arkansas tonight at Iowa St, 7pm CST on ESPN2. The Hogs seem to have gotten much better on the road and they have found their point guards this year. Have tough is the atmosphere in that place?

 

Hilton's a pretty tough place to play, even when they're bad. With a ranked team coming in it will surely be loud.

 

Yeah I would say one of the tougher places to play in the nation, particularly when Iowa State is good.

i think if my school had a coach like Boeheim or Smart that just tried groping teams out of their offense all game it'd seem like a chore to watch, but my team has John Beilein, whose teams set records for offensive efficiency so it's fun as hell to watch

Personally, I don't watch much NBA outside of my rooting interest in the Pelicans and the GS Warriors because they're so much fun to watch. It's just so much standing around and waiting for an isolation play at the end of the shot clock. College is better IMO because of the fan support, the team game and different styles of play. It just is a more enjoyable brand of basketball to me.

Yeah, that's the only thing I could think of. College basketball is just such bad basketball. Even the super teams have no clue what they're doing most of the time.
