would someone just run over Tom Izzo already?

Seeing that and then seeing no ref or anything care just makes me angry (I didn't watch the game but I assume he got no technical because it's Izzo)

He was doing that same [expletive] at Purdue on Thursday.

yeah. I like Izzo a lot as a coach, but he does cross a line sometimes that makes me cringe. I don't think he is the only big time coach that probably gets handled differently by the officials, but I do not ever think its right. No one has earned the right to come on the court during play.

One more week, then. I might set up some blind "Pick who should be the 1 seeds" stuff later tonight.

Charles Matthews announcing tomorrow. That came out of nowhere. Lists UI, KU, UK, MSU, and Marquette

I don't think he's even visited us. UK or UI, right?

Que Sully in ~16 hours...

He has offers from all 5, but yeah that's what I'm thinking. Here was some guy I've never heard of tweeted predicting Marquette, but the national and local guys all seem to be shocked at the timing. Pretty quiet.

Bill Self looks like he has herpes.

He can be patient zero for the next bubonic plague for all I care, as long as his reanimated corpse can continue to coach the team.

This would appear to be good for the Illini, as his good friend DJ Williams is an Illini commit.

However, one doesn't need to visit if one has a dump truck full of money, or gypsies and warlocks.

Blind (mostly) ranking, based on Ken Pomeroy's "Fairness in quality wins" analysis: http://kenpom.com/blog/index.php/weblog/entry/fairness_in_quality_wins

Team T1W T1L T2W T2L T3W T3L
Team A 7 2 4 0 14 0
Team B 6 4 9 0 8 0
Team C 6 5 5 1 11 0
Team D 5 2 6 0 14 0
Team E 3 7 6 0 10 0
Team F 5 5 9 1 8 0
Team G 2 2 4 2 17 0
Team H 10 1 4 0 12 1

Team K 2 0 8 0 19 0
Team L 9 4 6 0 7 1

Basically, a T1 game is a home game against the top 20, neutral game against top 50, or road game against top 75. A T2 game is home vs 21-60, neutral vs 51-100, road vs 76-175. T3 game is all the rest. Set up so a T1 is a high quality win, a T2 is a losable game, and T3 is win padding.

I threw everything together based on the article in the link.

Lol, Charles Matthews is going to "shock the world." his words tomorrow. Someone needs to explain to the Chicago kids what shock means. It isn't shocking for the Chicago kid to pick the blue blood. Just ask Cliff Alexander, Jahlil Oakfor, Anthony Davis, Sherron Collins, Julian Wright, and Shaun Livingston.

He's going to Southern Utah.
