I'm not sure how Nate Robinson is able to run so fast carrying his giant balls along with him.

I thought Bellinelli had the giant balls based on game 7!

Please don't lay over for the next 4 like the '11 ECF

Yeah, they didn't lay over for those 4, but whatever.

Were the Bulls ever close to releasing Robinson to keep from getting in luxury tax territory?

I remember Bernstein suggesting that to be a likely scenario, but I don't know if it was ever close to happening.

I still don't expect them to win this series, but anything is possible. Hopefully by the time the guys start running on fumes, they get Deng and Hinrich back. And hopefully it's only 1 down game if it happens. The longer this series goes, the better for the Bulls.

I don't know if Hinrich and Deng will be able to bring the energy this team needs to win if they are coming back from injuries.

I want the bulls to win to see how fast the old LeBron narratives reappear

I could see it coming back a bit tomorrow. He kind of went away down the stretch/didn't demand the ball. Bosh took that awful baseline jumper, Wade shot a 3 real early in the shot clock and then LBJ put up some shitty lefty floater when they were already down 4 and missed it.

I hope he cries in postgame about the Bulls being too physical.

There was a report at some point close to the deadline that this was what the Bulls were going to do. Like you said though, not sure how likely it ever was though.

To me, Butler was the star of the game tonight.

Honestly, they don't need energy at this point, they just need bodies. The 3 guys that play the positions Deng and Hinrich can play, combined to play all but 12 minutes of the game. And a lot of that only happened because Nate had to get stitches. Can't continue to play these guys that many minutes and expect to win this series. And I'd imagine if Spoelstra is smart, he'd go hard to LeBron early to get Butler in foul trouble. If Butler is off the floor, the Heat can pretty much do what they want.

Yeah, but Robinson put up 27-9 and made the biggest shots of the game. Belinelli hit some big shots. Noah was great inside and on the boards. Taj hit shots when Boozer was a non-factor. Epitome of a team effort. But yeah, Butler put up 21-14 and guarded LeBron or Wade on every single play of the game.

If I were drawing up the Heat gameplan, I would go at Butler hard early in the game and try to get him into foul trouble. Hopefully that doesn't happen.

I'm not saying nobody else contributed. Butler was great, though.

Well Spoelstra is an awful coach, so hopefully they don't figure anything out.

Spoelstra is not an awful coach

Agree completely on a couple of things said these last couple of pages: Best two hours of sports I remember in a long, long time and if they don't win another game this series, this was worth it. Wow, not much else to say. Nate, Jimmy, Noah- [expletive] AWESOME

LOL, what happened to the filter?

I'm assuming that's an accidental end around
