It's possible. His form early in the season was simply not the form that he used as a high schooler (kind of flinging it, no follow through, a bit herky). Whether that was weights, nerves, or just being temporarily out of whack, his form has been much better recently. Though he still isn't going straight up consistently.

I know this may read crazy but, I believe the Illini have been coming closer and closer to putting a complete game together. Wouldn't be all that surprising it finally comes together today and they blow out Wisconsin.

 

I'm nuts, I'm done with Griffey, Paul, Richardson, softest of the soft, let's get season over with and start getting Groce' recruits on court. They can't be an lamer than these weak willed jokers.

I really took for granted how good we were for about a decade. That was a lot more impressive than I thought, hopefully we can keep recruiting and get to that point soon. Right now it's hard for me to watch basketball.

Iowa has now lost three games by one possession in which they had late leads. Two of those were against good teams and one was against a decent team. If they win those games they are 6-3 and they would likely be making the tournament with their second half schedule being so weak. This has kind of turned into a frustrating season.

That was sickening. Way worse than MSU and Purdue.

 

3 losses with leads in the final minute. Win all 3 and they're playing for a seed right now. Win 2 and they're probably going to end up with 10+ BT wins. Just win yesterday and things are looking really good.

I noticed that the first time they replayed it during the game. I thought that is what the officials were looking at when they went to the monitors.

Can they still go back and suspend him?

 

I'm not 100% sure but I think they could still review it and do so.

Yeah, I am not sure either. Thought maybe since nothing was called in the game there might be some weird rules that they can't go back or something

it's true, watford extends his arm pushing robinson's hand into hulls' face...pretty clear, imo.

Here a better video of the punch. I have watched it several times I don't know how anyone can say with certainty either way.

I saw it live and thought it was dirty then I saw the replay and Hulls reaction and didn't think it was a big deal. Still doesn't look like a big deal.

very disappointing, my respect for him was at an all-time high thinking he decked that hobbit on purpose
