I was very interested in watching back to back Michigan games only to be quickly turned away by Dickie V...hope he is not doing next Tuesdays game

 

Oh he's not that bad. He's 100x better than Bob Knight.

 

At least you can tune Bob Knight. Vitale is obnoxious.

 

I'm the opposite. I can tune out Vitale. I know he's just yelling about how great something/someone is, he's having fun, he's happy, whatever. He's harmless.

 

Knight is bitter, angry and dumb. He does no prep work whatsoever. He doesn't even use names, it's just "the big kid" and "the guards". He always says something really absurd that I get fixated on and way too worked up about. Or he can't figure out what the shot clock is and why it's on the same display as the game clock.

 

Yeah, he's terrible. He raves about gritty white guys all game. Thinks dunks and fancy passes are a careless risk. And he still thinks you win by getting guys who fit in your system.

 

The last IU game he did, he talked about how Hulls was a great kid and really knew how to play basketball. And the rest of the time he opened his mouth he talked about how great shot fakes are. Any time anyone had a shot defended it was because they didn't shot fake. And if they made a shot it's because they shot faked with their eyes or something.

He's senile, it will happen to all of us someday.

Combination of some Iowa miscues and horribly bad luck.

 

4 Big Ten losses now where they led in the final minute. 3 of them against the top half of the league, 3 of them on the road. Wisconsin's 3 that rattled around then went off glass then in pretty much summed it up. Followed by our game-winning shot being 3/4 of the way down then rolling out.

 

This team is a [expletive] hair from being a lock for the tournament and playing for a 5-6 seed. Instead we'll end up in the NIT.

kansas st is overrated and i hate them, but they did beat florida (and okie st and oklahoma x2). creighton's best win is wisconsin. and they lost to drake.
