Sparty really had no chance against Alabama today.

 

It's kind of sad, really. Sparty has their best season in 20 something years, gets screwed out of going to the Rose Bowl, and then gets sent to Orlando where they promptly get waxed by Bama.

 

Since when did Michigan State get screwed out of the Rose Bowl? OSU's only loss was by 13 at Wisconsin while Wisconsin's only loss was by 10 at Michigan State and both were three-point games early in the fourth quarter. Michigan State got demolished at Iowa in a game that they trailed by 30 at halftime. Two of the teams lost to other one-loss teams while the other lost to a five-loss team.

Difference between SEC and Big 10 is staggering. Michigan is probably one of the faster teams in the Big 10 and Miss. St. is average for the SEC and they look like a pro team vs. Michigan.

 

Amazing that Florida is this bad, though. Penn State isn't very good and Florida can't do anything on offense. Makes you respect Tebow a little bit more. But just a little bit, he's still a douche.

I used to like Tirico too before he became the PBP guy for MNF. Either he's gotten much worse or I just think less of him for the job he does every Monday night.
