I'm fairly sure there are some inaccuracies in there - the ABC picture for this week is more muddled than your average BCS computer poll - so if you know something different than what's there, post it.

I believe Ohio State @ Iowa is a national broadcast on ABC. VT @ Miami is on ESPN.

PSU should beat Indiana this week, and will probably lose to MSU next. that's 7-5, which sucks but is better than i thought after the Illinois loss

I want to get excited to play Ohio State but I can't after Saturday. Plus Pryor will probably run on us just like Persa did.

Do you think Wisconsin will top the century mark on the Michigan defense? It was better last week against a bad team, but its still really banged up and bad.

No because I think Michigan will score on Wisconsin. I'm not that impressed by their defense really. I don't see how Michigan stops them. Their line is sick.

Please don't blow this thing against Vandy. I haven't felt this confident about reaching a bowl game all season. Kentucky will be tough, but winnable. As for Vandy, just don't screw up too much. Their offense isn't very good, but if we give them extra opportunities, they could beat us.

VolCub,

Any word on Maurice Couch? He's really confused me with his commitment/de-committal and then statements that we still have a big lead. It sounds like we're likely to get him, but it concerns me that we seem to be such a frontrunner, but he won't commit.

He's probably one of the top two or three guys we really need in this class. He, Antonio Richardson and AJ Johnson are important pieces to this class if we can get them/hold onto them.

I just read an interesting article on bleacherreport.com in which NCAA laws are evaluated.

http://bleacherreport.com/articles/516586-ncaa-regulations-reading-down-to-the-letters-for-the-newton-situation-clear

AU has received a lot of negative press for playing Cam against Georiga, but the situation isn't as black and white as many believe. Based upon current allegations and information that has surfaced thus far, I think it's very possible, maybe even likely, that Cam's eligibility is never retroactively revoked.

Of course, if during the investigation, it is found that AU did pay Cam or his father for his LOI, then AU will be punished severely. I think it's also possible that the NCAA makes some revisions to its by-laws after this investigation.

Persa ended his season shattering the Big Ten single season completion percentage record by completing 73.5% of his passes. Darrell Bevell previously held the record of 67.8%.

Screw ESPN for taking GameDay to Northwestern-Illinois just because the game is at Wrigley. Erin Andrews and her fine self (along with the other dummies) should be in College Station.

The real reason it's there is because Brent and Kirk will be doing the Ohio State/Iowa game.

And why are they calling that game?

Never mind, Couch committed to Tennessee yesterday. Fantastic get if we can hold onto him.

That's actually the point of the article. I'm not asking you to believe what anyone on any website wrote. Take a look at the NCAA bylaws and try to find one that would create an eligibility issue for Cam based upon what has surfaced thus far. AU has hired a guy who served on the NCAA infractions committee for many years, btw, to help represent them.

Because it's the only ABC national game of the week and they are ABC's #1 broadcasting team.

Is it normal for Kirk to do a 3:30 game when gameday isn't at the campus? Doesn't he usually go to night games?
