THAT fellow won't be on the mound tonite. Just an old half shot multi-millionaire that doesn't know when to quit. To see that [expletive] get shelled out of the park would be wonderful.

 

But it must be done quickly as his tank will be empty by the 5th. I concider this game to be important after that thing last night. Losing is really not an option.

Marmol walks 24 leading to half of those 12 runs, Shark walks 3 and gives up a GS along with another BB, 1B and two run 2B to Pedro.

Oh, I'm watching. Since (in my mind) losing is a foregone conclusion, I'll either a) be entertained by how laughably bad Shark is or b) be happily surprised if they win.

I fully expect the Cubs to break out of the slump and win the next three games and the NSBB faithful return to their happy selves.

 

Who says we're not happy? There's plenty to be excited about down in the minors. :D

This is absolutely a must-win game. But thankfully if the Cubs decide to tank the season this week we at least have preseason football this weekend.

 

Except that in reality, it isn't.
