You got me on ignore but still read the quotes, huh? In the 1st place the kid wasn't running, he was jogging around in circles waving a stupid towel. He was threatening NO ONE, just acting an ass. The proper police action in this situation is APPREHENSION, not attack. If the security was even half way phisically fit they could have grabbed him in an instant. This is not a funny incedent. Because the fat, lard ass Philly security could not catch the drunk 17 yr old that was threatening no one, just making a fool of himself he was tasered? It's a serious physical assault that should only be used in serious, life threatening situations. I hope the kid's parents sue the Phils for about Howards salary. And they WILL win.
