I mean, I know I'm not the greatest poster of all time or anything, but this place has really gotten bad with personal flaming over actual baseball analysis. I understand it's the internet, but had been under the impression that this place was supposed to be different, that if you wanted to be like that there were always going to be the cubs.coms of the world, but nowadays it's always people fighting other people rather than posts, in particular a few people, but whatever. It's just not the way it used to be and that's unfortunate. What NSBB stands for just isn't what it once was.

I don't think that has anything to do with it. It's gotten progressively worse each year, regardless of how the season went. There's about a half dozen or so posters that drag the whole board down that need to be reigned in, but the mods won't do anything about it.

Ahh let me add to the problems with this board now. One of the mods didn't like a post I made toward the original poster in the latest Sammy thread and deleted it. I can't take one swipe at someone asking for it in that thread, yet other posters can rack up thousands of posts that are nothing more than insults and not get edited? The mods on this board need to be pared down a bit if that's the case.
