Screw the fans though. They don't deserve this.

 

I agree with this, but I just couldn't stand another friggin Red Sox WS.

We need to capture whatever is coursing through David Price's veins and inject it into the Cubs. To pitch that well at his age in that spot is just unbelievable--he was spotting up like crazy.

We had that, but Dusty ran that right arm into the ground and let him wilt when he should have been out when the Cubs had their chance.

Yeah would have been funny to see the Cubs in that scenario. Lou brings Samardijiza in that situation and he walks the bases loaded and then gives up a grand slam to the pitcher on a 3-1 count.

I remember thinking this about a certain team in blue and for the NL Championship.

I would for fun. I can't see how the Rays don't get better with all their minor league talent and likely the ability to spend a little more money to retain their own/improve on their club.

 

I realize its the AL East, but the Rays have the talent without a doubt.

What are the words to that fight song they play every time something good happens? Can't decipher it.

 

Are you talking about "Fight for Your Right to Party"?

 

Nope. They play this chant that sounds like "You .....believe...the Rays" or something like that. Over & over & over again.

I know it doesn't make sense, but its the Cubs so it doesn't have to.
