If the Red Sox can lose, this will be the first time I can ever enjoy the Red Sox being eliminated, as in 2007 they won it, 2006 they didn't make the playoffs, 2005 the White Sox beat them, 2004 they won it, and 2003 I kinda was cheering for them but even if I wasn't I was too dejected by the Cubs the night before.

This is looking like the big inning for the Rays. Leadoff batter on and you've got the top of the order up.

Alright, time to hunker down.

Does that mean covering your eyes or your jewels ??? ;)

Eyes; I can't bear to watch!

I might break down and cry if Boston wins again.

Again.

Crisp should have been safe there. Not because the umpire made the wrong call, but because Crisp slid wrong.

Horrible idea by Iwamura. He got lucky.

I understand his decision was based on keeping the tying run out of scoring position, but I agree it was a stupid decision that if Crisp was a smart player, he would have slid to the base and not trying to take Bartlett out. Iwamura was bailed and lets see if Bradford can get out of the inning.

Bradford looks like he wants no part of Youkilis so it could come down to Drew.

Maddon is playing LaRussa ball right now.

I'm pulling for the Rays, but all their cheering fans piss me off. I wonder how many of them still have price tags hanging off the back of their jerseys. Rays fans have to be the biggest bandwagon fans in the history of organized baseball.

Right along with Marlin fans.

The Post-2004 Red Sox fans take offense to that.

Don't do this, Rays.
