Whatever happened to day games?

I usually dislike daygames just because I'm in school (although not anymore), so I'd have to run to the library between classes to check the score. It was a bit of a hassle.

Except for get away days, seems like most weekday games have been night games. I actually like it. I work during the day so I get to see more games. Friday day games are fine, although I miss the old 2:20 start on Fridays.

As I've said before, if baseball was meant to be played at night, there would be enough light in which to do so.

Except 75% of the nation wouldn't be able to watch

Yeah, that really hurt the Cubs ability to build up a fan base the first 110 years of the franchise.

I prefer night games...I don't know about you guys but most people in the U.S work daytime jobs like 7-3,8-4 , 9-5..So it makes it alot easier for people to watch at night

Cubs are great at home, Braves are terrible on the road, so logically this is a guaranteed loss for us, right?

sure, and 7 local time is fine. but it's 8 local time here, and upwards of 10-10:30 when they're on the west coast. dont' get me started on post-season games

That's usually how it goes.

I know I shouldn't be worried about the White Sox, but I really am starting to think that they are the best team in Chicago. Someone talk me off the cliff.
