Behind the recent surges from JJ, the Big Murt, and Jason Kendall's ugly beard, the Cubbies' offense is finally back after a terrible week of baseball. Rich Hill takes the mound for the Cubs coming off of his best start in quite some time. Unfortunately, Rich took a ND home in a 2-1 loss to the bums from Houston. Josh Fogg will take the mound for the Rockies. Fogg was also tremendous in his last start going 7 innings and picking up a win against the Brew Crew. REMINDER: Bears play the Texans at the same time on NBC!

I anxiously welcomed the Bears' interference with the 06 Cubs, but if the Cubs were in contention last year, I wouldn't have started paying attention to the Bears, even with the season and start they had, until the Cubs were done. Hopefully I don't notice the Bears this season until the end of October.
