I voted for Hundley. Easy choice, IMO, though I give honorable mention to Kent Merker for attacking Stone and Caray on a charter flight in 04' b/c they were mean to him and his teammates on the air. Get the waaaaahhhhhh mobile please.

And I have me battle gear ready.

I really hated Jeff Blauser for going from solid player to completely inept within 5 minutes of having signed with the Cubs. Also, Micah Bowie was a completely disgrace. I was at the Mets-Cubs game in 2004, so Latroy is a good candidate. And I hated Steve Buechele and Gary Scott too.

But I'll go with Blauser.

I voted for Juan Pierre because he just completely frustrates me. When I think of last year's ineptitude, he is the first that comes to mind for me.

Going more than a few years further back.......................I absolutely couldn't stand Mitch Webster.

this is an impossible choice.

Yes it is, there are so many options that you can go with. I suppose I'll go with LaTroy, but Neifi, Izturis, Hundley, and Alfonseca get honorable mentions.

Easy Choice: Todd Hundley

Agreed. A lot of those other guys were miscast by bad management. Most being role players who were made regulars. Todd Hundley got a boatload of money and just plain stunk!!!!!!!!!

Juan Pierre: He sucked so bad at the plate it hurt, his defense in the outfield was ridiculously bad, and he all around stunk at baseball.

And yet everyone kept saying how awesome he was and 60 steals and some BS, while we gave up 3 minor league pitchers for one year of him.

The whole thing just reeks of Cubbie ineptitude.

I tried to pick them all but it wouldn't work, so I went with Eyre, if only for the simple reason that he is fresh in my memory. Truth be told, I hate all of them equally, with the exception of Ohman.
