We should trade Wuertz to the Mets or something, so his awesomeness can be useful to a good team.

Good game guys! Juice boxes and ding-dongs for everyone.

Zambrano will warm everyone's hearts with his orange slice-smiles! What a goofball!

This team is not as good as they can be as long as Murton is not out on the field. We will lose over and over if Theriot, Cedeno, a 80% Floyd, DeRosa, and Izturis are consistently on the field.

And we'll lose over and over if our pitchers don't attack the hitters and aren't able to throw strikes.

Well once again they dont fail to dissapoint. *sigh*

Maybe I should be glad I can only watch them when they are on WGN, heck listening is painful enough.

When they score enough they don't pitch well....

You do know that 2 of Cedeno, Theriot, Derosa, or Izturis will likely start every single game this year unless there is a disaster, right?

Yup. Floyd hitting .400 today cost us the game, not pitchers walking guys.

So, when will the eternal optimists be trotting out the Astros and Marlins comparisons for teams that sucked hard early in the season, but rallied back?

It's now one of my official signs of summer, by the way. It's right up there with the solstice.
