It's interesting to see a team that won the World Series last year play with such a lack of pride. more like lack of talent Did Wainwright, Eckstein, Edmonds, Spiezo, Ankiel, Miles and that Pujols guy all of a sudden all become talentless bums? The moment Pujols got hurt, yes. Edmonds has sucked all season now that he's old, Ankiel since everyone got the memo on the hole in his swing. Eckstein is ok, Spiezo and Miles suck. You got me on Wainwright having a horrid game against the Brewers. He tanked it. Come on. Search your heart. You know it to be true. Chick Gandil and Swede Risberg were at 1st and 2nd last night for St. Louis, and Bud Selig was seen drinking bathtub gin with Arnold Rothstein.
