At first glimpse, the Colts look a lot like the Saints. Both teams can light it up on offense. Both teams stink against the run. Weak LB corps on both sides. Front 4's are pretty similar.

huh, last I checked the Bears had Urlacher and Briggs

Was comparing the Colts and Saints. Hillenmeyer would be the best LB on either of those teams.

He was talking about the Colts dipstick.

I'd love to be playing the Texans for all the marbles, but someone told me once that's not how it works 8-)

This will be an exciting game, and a very difficult one to win.

It's been 21 years for the Bears, and longer for the Colts.

2 black head coaches going head-to-head---not only that, but Lovie is a Dungy disciple. Peyton's first shot since he's been in the league. Urlacher's first shot since he's been in the league.

The stories will be almost endless.

AWESOME

...Which is exactly why he's rooting for the bears in the superbowl...

Can you go a single thread without being an ass?

Amazing. Peyton Manning is going to the Super Bowl.

Nothing but love to all of you that are fans of the Bears, but I'm cheering for the Colts all the way. Congratulations to the Bears on winning the NFC and congratulations to the Colts on winning the AFC. It should be a great Super Bowl!

Grow up. You need a serious beating with a humble stick. Smack talk is fine for pre-game, but once the game is done, simple sportsmanship suggests that someone should be gracious in defeat and humble in victory.

Ok, enough of the arguing and name-calling. Insults will not be tolerated in a thread for a game that is 2 WEEKS AWAY or at any time in the next 2 weeks.

Consider this a warning.

Of course not, you prefer the term [expletive].

The early forecast has it being a high 72 in the afternoon with a cold front coming through and dropping down to 49 at night with possible showers at some point before the night.

A heavy dose of Jones and Benson should do it against the Colts, so long as the Bears D does what they did against the Saints and Brees. Brees isn't used to getting hit or hurried that much and neither is Peyton. I think getting hurried that much messed with Brees a little bit, and it can work against Peyton. However, Addai has only fumbled twice this year.
