I would rather face the Colts in the super-bowl and possibly exploit their defense. I know they've been good in the playoffs, but they still have the tendency to get roughed up.

Go Colts. The image of the Patriots standing on the Chargers logo doing the Shawne Merriman dance was enough to push me over to the Indy side. (That, and I think Tom Brady is the most overrated QB on the planet. 3 picks today. He got bailed out when McCree fumbled. If that had happened to any other QB, they'd be talking about how lucky he was that his receiver bailed him out with a good strip.)

Anyone see Tomlinson's press conference after? I have a feeling he's rooting for the Colts too. Never thought I'd see him use the word "classless".

A small part of me wants to be able to laugh at Peyton Manning for not being able to win the big one for as long as I can...but a bigger part wants to see Brady and Belichick go down in flames.

I hope the Colts win by like 40 and just crush the Pats for good.

I know LaDanian's family, I've met them in San Diego a few times. He's a wonderful guy, good family upbringing. Screw the Patriots.

The next time I see a post like this I'm starting a "six degrees of Raisin" thread. Seems like you can link anyone to him. :D

Yeah, for as good as Manning is, he'll always be considered a playoff choker unless he gets a ring. Which is a shame, cause he might be the best quarterback ever. While on the other side of the field, Tom Brady can throw 5 interceptions on Sunday, but still be considered the best playoff quarterback in the world if they win the game. I hope Manning goes off for about 450 and 4 TD's.

If it's Colts vs. Bears, I'm a Bears fan, so I have to go Bears. If it's Colts vs. Saints, I'll probably go for Manning to get his ring. If it's Patriots vs. Saints, I hope Drew Brees torches the Pats. :D

Everyone is tired of NE, tired of Brady winning and tired of Belichick.

Most everyone I see roots for Peyton to get his ring, get that playoff monkey off his back.

I'm the exact opposite.

I hate Peyton Manning. I hate the Colts. I hate the way they play football, and I love storylines. I love how New England is the magic genie standing between Manning and his ring. I hope Manning never even makes it to the Super Bowl. Theres some drama there.

In this scenario I'll be rooting for the two "bad" teams this week. Chicago will be the "bad guy" trying to end the magical Saints season. New England is the evil empire that has been oppressing the Colts for the past half decade.

That, and I think we could take New England in a match up. They are a much weaker team than Indy.

I wish the Colts would win, and indeed I will be rooting for them.

Damn Brady & his Pats though......they're like the monster in a horror movie who just will not die.

DIE ALREADY.

All of you can join the hating New England party. I've been doing it since this:

But I also want Manning to win a Super Bowl. Right when Indy won on Saturday, I knew the Patriots were going to win (even put money on them straight up). I knew there was no way Peyton was going to make a Super Bowl without beating New England along the way in the playoffs.

I could care less how it happens also. Of course I would like to see Brady stink it up. But if Brady has a huge game, Manning doesn't but the Colts win, that's fine with me. So here's hoping for a Indy victory next Sunday.

Too bad I hate the Raiders, so that picture brings back only fond memories. :P

I also dislike the Colts. I like Manning, but for some sadistic reason, I want to see the Colts' run of postseason futility continue for as long as possible.

Plus, I think New England getting to the Superbowl gives the Bears the best chance for a win. Slightly.

Their offense is so explosive that it would cause tons of problems for the Bears defense. The Colts defense has been playing pretty well so far in the playoffs. I would rather see the Bears face the Patriots in the Super Bowl. Patriots have the experience that would probably give them the edge over the Bears as well. That being said, the Bears are going to have to get by a really solid team in the Saints this Sunday.

If I was the Saints and Bears, I would be rooting hard for the Colts to win. I would not want to face Belichick in the Super Bowl after he's had two weeks to prepare for the game.

That's pretty much what I'm thinking too.

No way would I want to face off against Belichek in a Super Bowl, especially since it would become a huge revenge game for New England, in addition to being a Super Bowl which they've never lost.

I'd gladly take the Colts and Peyton over all that nasty synergy.

Colts defense has been facing junk offenses, that's why. That all ends this week though. If they stop Brady, that will be impressive. Stopping the Jets and the Ravens is not.

As far as the Colts' offense, yes it is good but it really hasn't been all that great this postseason. They thrive on big plays, which is what the Tampa-2 is *supposed* to limit.

I would think the Bears are underdogs either way if they make it.

The Patriots have lost at least one Super Bowl that I know of.... January 26, 1986. Bears 46 - Patriots 10. :D (I know you're probably just referring to Brady and Belichick, but I had to bring it up)

It was the Chiefs and Ravens. Considering how dismal the Indy defense had been against the run over the final weeks of the season, holding opponents to an average of 70-75 YPG on the ground was pretty impressive.
