Was a nice bunt, but just rolled foul at the last second. Cedeno was nearly crossing the plate by the time Pierre put the bat on the ball, so he would have scored easily.

I don't necessarily, but I remember a time last year when it would have been perfect.

 

I think it was against the Mets in a Wednesday day game in May.

 

There were runners on 1st and 3rd (maybe bases loaded) with less than 2 outs. Neifi at bat. The game is tied. One run wins the game. I was praying that Baker would embrace the squeeze. Instead Neifi did what Neifi does and hit into a double play.
