And thanks Dusty for having the foresight to play Neifi. Walker probably would've just clogged the bases.

Has a HR ever been overturned because there were guys clogging the bases?

 

Well, if a base runner falls behind the guy who hit it, I believe it is an out. It had to have happened at some point in over 100 years of ball.

 

That's why we need speedy guys batting in front of DLee and Aramis. You can't underestimate the importance of speed. :twisted:

Yep. The faster they get back to the dugout, the quicker Lee can get up there to hit his solo homeruns.

That was a very red bat that JJ has, I wonder what its made out of, Ive never seen a bat that red.

One Cards announcer says Jacque Jones struggled with Twins because he had pressure to do it all himself. The other says maybe he's just not a very good hitter. :(
