Here's how I think the teams are sorting themselves out 1/4 of the way into the season:

1. Nearly flawless so far - 49ers, Jaguars, Chiefs

2. Couple flaws, but still really good - Bears, Vikings, Seahawks, Bills, Ravens

3. Good teams with more flaws - Rams, Bengals, Raiders, Panthers

4. Probably better than I think they are - Cowboys, Broncos, Falcons, Colts, Lions

5. Kind of just waiting for the bottom to fall out - Pats, Giants, Steelers, Eagles

6. Can't believe they're 0-4, they can possibly be that bad right? - Texans, Bucs

7. Can't believe they're 3-1, they can't possibly be good right? - Browns

8. Haven't given up yet, but not looking good - Jets, Cardinals, Packers, Saints

9. Fighting for the #1 pick - Chargers, Commanders, Titans, Dolphins

I would almost put the Vikings at kinda waiting for the bottom to fall out. I know their defense is elite, but that offense is horsefeathers.

I think New Orleans gives them their first loss on Sunday

Are the Eagles tearing it down after 4 games?

Sure seems like they might be trying to do a quick rebuild on offense. OL was their identity, and not sure they have that with Dickerson out and Jurgens and Johnson gone. Makes me wonder if they are shopping players on their defense too.

I think the Vikings are the fraudiest 4-0 team in history, but of course, the Vikings do this all the time. They won like 13 games a few years ago with a negative point differential. They just do this.

ESPN sure loves the 49ers. Their 1/4 of the season awards have the following for the 49ers

Coach of the Year- Kyle Shanahan (3rd)

Comeback Player of the Year- George Kittle(3rd), Fred Warner(2nd)

Protector of the Year- Trent Williams(1st)

MVP- Brock Purdy(1st)

Why do they act all shocked when the Cowboys put up another stinker? Dedicating basically the entire postgame show to the losing team is stupid. Now I know why I stopped watching sports talk.

Oh look, the Cowboys are overrated as all hell once again. Every year it's the same thing.

But, let's give them more prime time games.

Do any of us remember the talks about cruising with Justin Fields and trading that first pick for a haul and drafting MHJ. Can you imagine how F'ing bad that would have been?

No Caleb. No Ben. No playoffs.

Boy the Commanders are dumb. They have the ball at the NY 26 with a 1st and 10, 55 seconds left and no timeouts. They run the ball for 2 yards. No clue why they didn’t just kick it there since you don’t need to run the clock (both teams already had the ball). But whatever. Then with 13 seconds left and have Daniels run it to I assume get the ball where the kicker wanted it. But again, no timeouts so the clock runs out and they tie without attempting a FG.

Can we talk about how terrible that Eagles loss was. Go ahead FG with 8 seconds left, just kick it through the endzone and take the win. Instead they kick it short, Jags return it to the 40 with 1 second left, and kick a game winning FG
