Because major tv markets are not part of these WS teams I am sure rating will be down. But, personally, I find this could be a very evenly matched series. My dislike for the Brewers has me wanting the Rays to win. But regardless of who does win, I think this could be a really interesting series.

Re: Arozarena and Tyler Glasnow in the stands during the last game, I don't remember ever before seeing current players watching another MLB game from the stands lol

I guess we will see how well Brewer fans travel. If the Cubs were taking on the Rays it would be probably 80% Cubs fans. We'd have 7 home games.

Why is there so long between games

That’s how they always do it. They have their set schedule on when the games will be for the entire playoffs and they don’t start early if series end in sweeps.

Correct me if I'm wrong, appears to me the Rays staff is overall lacking in stuff, Martinez, Baker look like JAG's who came up with big years.  Just don't see the Rays having much of a chance but, hey, it's baseball.

Oh yeah, this is going to be a short series.

Honestly, I'd rather they win it now than lose and have that fuel their resolve next season.

You know they are going to win 95+ games next year anyway, even if they win it all this year, or whatever the equivalent of 95+ wins is going to be in a lockout shortened year.

While being fundamentally good, etc. they've also had an awful lot of things go right for them this season.  Every trade working out well, several players having career years, untouchable bullpen, no significant injuries.  I don't care if it's the Brewers or not, can't just assume all is going to continue.  And I don't buy into the myth of Brewers' system having an endless supply of Uribe's, Ashby's, etc.

But they have had an endless supply of them since 2018. Thats an 8 year sample of good outcomes with multiple GMs and managers.

Megill is the relative weak link, it's going to happen, don't know if it'll matter, he will blow a save.  The Cubs have come close on several occasions, someone on the Rays is going to succeed.

Yeah he’s a 2 run jack waiting to happen. Doesn’t mean they’ll lose but I believe he will blow a lead for them in this series. He doesn’t have anywhere near the accuracy of a guy like Ashby. He’s riding a very fine line between success and failure. I must say though, from an outsider’s view it’s as dramatic as heck. A 1-2-3 inning there would have been boring.

Thanks. Appears, at times, she's charting pitches or at least, taking notes?  Something beyond the usual score keeping, which I can appreciate.

I didn’t notice.

Okay, I missed/forgot about Marlins' fan, who the hell is miss cleavage behind HP?

I remember when the Marlins fan tried to pull a “do you know who I am?” on Derek Jeter. Lol, what a douchebag.
