This is getting ridiculous.  Every team in the division except the Cubs is going to win today.  The division will be over 30 games above 500 - the best start in the NL Central all time by the quarter point.

Except the Cardinals and the pirates. Other than that the whole division won.

And MO swings at 3 balls.

I'm not going to criticize the guy against deGrom, but Mo is definitely overly aggressive generally.  A bit too cocky for his own good.  Hopefully he adjusts.

Someone's gonna get ejected if they overturn this

Would love to see how much ejections go down this year with ABS.

I know we were making fun last year when he was so good against us, but he's just legit good against everyone now.

Yeah, he credits adding a cutter to his pitch mix for his turnaround.

Ballesteros had a bad day. He stuck out against deGrom a few times. He isn’t the first person who can say that and won’t be the last. And he is struggling now, for sure. But why do you have to go to a persons make up when you have no fricken idea of that person? Why does slumping equate to Mo being cocky?  Can’t you just say he has to adjust his swing a little? Maybe shorten it a bit? Maybe he is just slumping? Doesn’t mean he is cocky.

What an awful ballpark. JD made a quip; it looks like they built it with no particular purpose in mind. I'm glad they are done.

Yeah, I went to a game there a couple summers ago and was unimpressed.  It's nice inside and I get why you have to have indoor baseball in Texas but both that park and Houston were meh at best.

Because i believe it to be true, and it probably contributes to high chase %  What i said didn't have anything to do with his performance against deGrom, as i mentioned.   And it was true before his slump.

The Braves have only played 3 games against teams currently over 500 and that was the series they just took vs LAD. The last 2 games sure took the wind out of our sails, getting shut out twice in a row was really surprising. We should have beaten Leiter pretty badly but baseball is like that.

Its just so early, trying to keep things in perspective.

Based on what, exactly? I have a pretty good idea what it is. As a poster pointed out, dog whistling.

Excuse me?  Based on his body language.  Are you calling me a racist or something?  😂  GTFO with that nonsense, and don't listen to that fool who makes up weird conspiracy theories about me in his own nutty head.  PCA has also been overconfident and it's affected his play, wtf does ethnicity have to do with that?

What's your evidence for this?  This is just more libelous conspiracy garbage from you.   horsefeathers off.  You've been reported.
