I would have figured having Johnson as a coach would mitigate offensive penalties. Maybe it’ll take more time for his offense to really get it together but man. Bears are gonna Bears

His RB options are pretty limited. As the veteran and incumbent, he’s going to get the first crack at the bulk back over a 7th rounder.
