I know he missed a month with injury but Shota's numbers (at least the basic ones like ERA and WHIP) are better than last year

Fox announcers saying what I've been screaming for weeks. Seiya is awesome and having a great year, but hitting between two MVP caliber lefties means he gets to face lefties pretty often. He already has 118 PAs against lefties vs 138 all of last year.

Just curious, why have you been screaming this?

Keller needs a good outing here to get back into the circle of trust.

I don’t think he ever left it. He’s gotten the 8th each of the last two days. Just needed the all star break to reset.

I guess through all the all-star-snub talk. There was a good case for him being in, but he's been a product of the environment in large part.

Obviously you have to come through, but I guess its a huge strength of this team that Counsel is constantly able to put guys in great places to succeed. The weakness is LHP. ok. Put Seiya between Tucker and PCA.

Now can the Dodgers get a horsefeathers win

We keep waiting for the dodgers to do dodgers thing and end up with 107 wins or whatever, but if they want to give us one of those first round bye spots that’d be just fine with me.
