Tough week for the Cardinals this week. Three games against the Tigers followed by 3 games against Arizona. Looks like fun times over for them

I get that the Cardinals overall schedule has been soft , but they swept the Mets in St Louis , took 2-3 in Philly and 2-3 in KC . Nootbars is an OBP machine , Donovan is a good hitter , Wilson can hit and Ivan Herrera can hit as well . Their SP has been solid .

Leahy has been good in the pen and Matz has looked good in the pen as well . Not saying they are the class of the NL , but maybe they aren’t as garbage as we all thought ?

Along with one of the best team defenses.

I think the starting pitching is due for a significant regression.  I have areal hard time believing this is going to continue.  They've also been completely healthy and with guys as old as Gray and Mikolas in the rotation, I wouldn't necessarily expect that to continue.

You sound like a guy who follows and roots for the cardinals, so probably drop the "we"

They may be better than we thought. But they did not sweep the Mets. They took 2 of 3. Still good, but not a seeep. And they have had an easy schedule. That could have something to do with the solid SP and the offense being solid.
I also think you are overstating Nootsbar. His OBP is the same as Happ, less than Kelly and Tucker and only about .08 ahead of Busch. So if he is an OBP machine I guess the Cubs have 4 of them in their everyday line up.

Shaw, Ballesteros, PCA, Amaya, and Busch in the starting lineup.  Ben Brown is today's SP.   Hodge is probably the closer.  The future is here.
