another game where having absolute garbage at 3b is gonna cost them.

Yep, and weakass hits that get through.

One thing to have a 3Bmen not hitting,  but you 100% need to have a guy who can field the position, Hoyer needs to make a decision soon with Shaw or get someone who can at least field there.

I don’t know enough about the dimensions of the stadium walls but from the commentary and the looks on everyone’s faces it seems pretty bad

If he fell over RF, it 23 feet high in honor of Clemente

In honor of Clemente they made the wall 2 feet higher than his number? Thats strange.

Thats really awful. Hopefully they're okay.

That is terrible. Don’t understand how that can happen. Typically something like that happens reaching for a ball. Hope he is ok. But damn, how does that happen?

Right field fence is 21 feet high in honor of Roberto Clemente.

If the Cubs don’t come back this will be the dumbest loss of the year. First run scored in a bloop to right and then 2 runs because of an error and then a ball deflected into the outfield. Just stupid bad luck on the McCuthen ball.

One of those games over 162.  They just need to figure out how to avoid the May swoon for the 3rd year in a row after a hot start in April.

I watched it again and the fan literally stands up quickly and dives over the railing. Calling it a suicide attempt is something I don’t want to say, but that’s just what it looks like.

It felt like to me he was jumping up while grabbing the railing and his momentum took him up and over being unable to keep a hold of kr. But it's hard to tell and just one guess
