The race of blogs to see who could report Justin Fields was near death yesterday was pretty pathetic. On a happy note, I blocked several pages from ever seeing my Facebook feed ever again.

Not once before about 2 or 3 months ago did i start blocking things on my facebook and my youtube, but the horsefeathers clickbait and adds from places like turning point usa have made it something I have to do now.

4 years 188m for a non QB just seems like insanity to me

How else are you going to convince someone of Parsons ability to willingly go to Green Bay? With the said, it would not surprise me if the Packers end up trading him within 3 years.

Weird, I was hoping the best young defensive player in the NFL would play in Green Bay for free.

Convincing him to leave the dysfunctional madness of Dallas and come to a well run org like Green Bay was probably easy.  The compensation back to Dallas was likely just fair market value but I’ll bet Parsons is dancing a jig to be away from Jones.

Would GB had signed him if he was a FA? My guess would have been no.

But good on GB.

While Dallas is dysfunctional,  Green Bay is not exactly Paris,  France

You mean in terms of GB being small town America?  True but the Packers have a large national (and international) fan base.  If you’re a star in GB you’re a star everywhere.

Micah Parsons He’s dealing with a sprained facet joint at the L4-5 level. While still annoying and can be painful, this is much better diagnosis than a herniated disc. Given the amount of energy and force that he generates during his rushing attempts, this is likely where the majority of the translational energy is going from his upper to his lower body and vice versa. An epidural, where cortisone is injected into this area can be helpful, but often only a temporary solution. Parsons would benefit from some really good physical therapy, OMM, and eventually restrengthening the individual lumbar ligaments with stem cells. At the end of the day this injury is almost always due to a combination of multiple ligaments being weaker or injured leading to this problem. More annoying than concerning.

An anatomical illustration of the lower spine, specifically highlighting the L4-5 level. The image shows the vertebrae with an irritated facet joint marked in red. The irritation is indicated by an arrow pointing to the red area, labeled as 'Irritated facet'. The illustration is detailed, showing the bone structure and the affected area clearly.
