Look what happens when you have good coaching. The Commanders had the number 2 pick and earned it with their record and are 7-2 with a harder SOS than the Bears. 
 

I don’t think anyone should be on the fence about Eberflus. Either you have it or you don’t and he doesn’t have it.

Every time a team has a good half season unexpectedly, people attribute it to coaching. Everyone was saying the same things about daboll a few years ago.

Firing eberflus won't hurt anything but it won't fix anything.   The team will start winning when Caleb Williams starts throwing like Jayden Daniels

Why is poles safe? This is year 3 and we’re maybe a 6 win team. He’s done some decent things and you can sell me on keeping him but the results just aren’t there. Other teams manage to flip their fortunes over 1-2 seasons but Poles intentionally tanked one season and got the number 1 pick in back to back years and we’re still trash.

poles is going to be dining on the carolina trade for longer than he deserves

This coaching staff isn’t getting the most out of its players. Poles’ seat is getting hot, but not firing hot.

Why not Poles? This is the team and coaching staff he built and hired. 
 

you tank on purpose you should play the price when it doesn’t work. 
 

otherwise poles will get fired 2 years into next coaches contract and then that gm will get a couple years to before an opportunity to hire his own guy. 
 

Poles looks to have missed on Stroud and quite possibly Daniels as well. He can’t build an offensive line.
