Swanson has been swinging well for 4 or 5 days, and now hits are falling. Busch is cooking. Suzuki is super-Seiya. Man, if Morel could be league average, this would be an unstoppable lineup

I'd actually be happy with a split in a four-game series.

The pitching matchups don’t look that great vs STL.  But hopefully we just push through that and stay hot.

Lynn and Mikolas suck.

That said, it's amazing bad luck that we play them in a 4 game series and they miss both Shota and Steele

I wonder if Steele was pulled after 70 pitches so that if he needed to he can throw an inning or two on Sunday. He has time off after that.

Mikolas isn't great but he's owned us over his career. 110 IP 2.62 ERA 3.13 FIP. We're due.

It probably doesnt mean much, I think he's DFA fodder when guys come back healthy, but Jorge Lopez had his best velo of the season tonight including his two fastest individual pitches.

I was hoping he would pull him after we went up 8 just for that reason

Just need Happ hit Contreras with his back swing and Mikas will get himself tossed.
