Assuming that does happen, I think that leaves Busch as the only damn player on the roster to both have an unassailably good season so far and not be on the IL. We're 6 weeks in.

we actually got clarity on two rules here:

- the three batter rule does not apply after a rain delay

- Pat Hughes must remain on the shitter for the duration of a rain delay that occurs in the 5th inning

My son’s team lost 27-5 today in large part because we couldn’t throw any strikes. Rough to watch but somewhat understandable for 8 year olds

We went to machine pitch this year for 7 and 8 year olds and it is so much nicer to get the kids seeing good pitches to hit.
