The winning outcome is probably Wesneski and Keegan bridging to the back end of the pen, which is all very well rested.  If things aren't going as well you then use the new call ups unless you're worried about one or two of the back end guys getting rusty(Almonte is on 4 days rest, Leiter/Alzolay on 3).

Seen one too many instances of Busch ranging too far to his right and interfering with Nico making a play this season.
