Fun fact, Texas and Washington are both playing Michigan next season.

I was thinking that’s a pretty crazy non-conference schedule but then when I looked up the schedule I realized Wash is a Big 10 game next year.

Holy horsefeathers was that awesome.  I know most of you hate Michigan but damn that was like the culmination of an entire lifetime's worth of fandom right there.  I nearly died when the punt was dropped late.  Cannot believe they pulled it off. 1 more to go!

Shout out to my fellow Michigan NSBBer @sneakypower and shout out to Juwan Howard for losing a buy game to a low major this week to ensure that the balance between Michigan football and Michigan basketball was maintained

I was rooting B1G because now these d-bags at one of my clients will have to suck it with their SEC superiority s*t.

There will be no SEC in the title game this year. 🤣

Yeah I mean I openly despise Michigan and actively root against them but they played well, absolutely looked like the better team all game vs. Alabama and Harbaugh out-coached Saban.

The only thing I'd say is I remain absolutely unimpressed with JJ McCarthy and I'm baffled by people who think he's a high level pro prospect.

I think he shows enough flashes to get pro scouts interested. He’s elusive and can extend plays with his legs, has NFL arm strength, praised for intangibles and leadership. But definitely some holes in his game that need development. Accuracy is inconsistent, sometimes has trouble reading the defense.  I could see him becoming an NFL starter and I could see him never playing a meaningful snap in the NFL. The reality is probably somewhere in the middle.

Penix is extending plays in the sugar bowl, but his arm strength dwarfs McCarthys

Not trying to compare him to Penix. That dude is definitely more NFL ready than JJ. What a beast

It’s hard not to think of Penix as a quality NFL QB prospect.

Hey, in a way it’s an all B1G championship!

I look at it more that Alabama lost because Milroe just isn't very good throwing the ball and that really limits what you can do as an offense.

Not saying you are, and not sure it’ll matter; W’s pass defense is Swiss cheese, if M can put it together theough the air, it should still be a shootout

He's not technically supposed to have another year of eligibility, but he's applying for a waiver, probably because he took 2 snaps (kneel-downs) in a 2019 game while playing for Alabama. If he can get the NCAA to pretend those didn't happen then it could count as a redshirt year.

Or he could just sue and say it's restraint of trade to stop him from making money as a college football player, which I've been waiting for someone to do ever since NIL started.

So my 4k option is a weird skycast with strange camera angles and no announcers? horsefeathers you, espn. You’re not that cute.

Still better than the Pat McAffee feed
