Friendly reminder that JoeLunardi is an idiot and us random dumbasses on here beat his dumb ass.

Additionally He consistently underperforms the bracket matrix which includes every random dumb ass.

Personally, as someone who wastes too much time on this, A&M is in

Aggies absolutely dominate Arkansas from start to finish and people are still questioning our resume. Lol.

Aggies are dangerous.

The Hogs are good enough to make a Final Four run, but if Williams gets in foul trouble or has an off night, they’re toast.

Will Wade canned at LSU. One of the bigger creeps in CBB gone.

This has to mean LSU is getting hammered by the NCAA allegations next week. Rumors are lack of instructional control across all programs, rape cover ups, pay for play, grade fixing, and more. Let it all burn.

I'm not doing the mock bracket this year, but someone is still going to have to explain to me how Rutgers has a chance at an at large bid, other than "Remember that week where they had their 3 best wins of the season?" KP in the 70s, NET in the 80s, TRank in the 80s, WAB in the 70s, SOR in the 70s, 2-4 in their last 6 games, 5-5 in their last 10, non-conference schedule strength in the 300s, during which they went 6-4.

My guess would be.

Fourth in the Big 10 regular season at 12-8.

6-6 in Quad 1 games and 3-4 in Quad 2 games.

going 9-10 in that amount of Quad 1 and 2 games probably more than makes up for the trash non-con schedule.

Supposedly the last ten games or how you finish the season isn't as important as it once was. Now they apparently take a broader view of the entire resume.

Well, way off regarding Indiana - Iowa although, as I thought, Iowa did not give away multiple possessions such as the Illini did, still irks me. Not to take anything from the Hoosiers but, Illinois and Michigan beat themselves. Purdue - Iowa should be fun, think its possible we'll see a high scoring game.

Guess we'll see what 13 seed the Illini draw, who it is doesn't matter, I'm certain the Illini will make it a difficult game. Really don't have much faith they'll get out the first round.

iowa state kind of sucks, but I feel like there should be a much bigger gap between them and rutgers. either isu should be higher or rutgers should be lower, don’t know which.

-- 2 Kentucky v 15 Bryant (NEC)

-- 7 Michigan State v 10 Creighton

-- 3 UCLA v 14 Longwood (BSth)

-- 6 San Diego State v 11 Michigan

Just missed: Miami FL, SMU, Wake Forest, Wyoming, North Texas, Dayton, VCU, Rutgers, Xavier, Florida

EDIT: I tossed Richmond in and flaked between Miami and ND, but then forgot to rearrange seeds to include Michigan on the 11 line to make sure the reworked bracket still worked.

EDIT 2: OH that's why I felt like I was eliminating too many teams. I tossed Miami in there instead of A&M twice and bubbled everything up to maintain a legal bracket.

EDIT 3: Swapped 11 seeds to make a more legal bracket for Oklahoma, who to me is the likeliest team to be not in this bracket.

Oklahoma can’t be matched up with Texas Tech until elite 8 because they played each other 3 times

Easy 11 seed swap for that one.

I do think Oklahoma is the shakiest team in the bracket right now though.

I felt like there were 6 teams for 5 spots closely bunched togehter - ND, Indiana, Rutgers, Wyoming, Michigan and A&M. Shocks me that not only did A&M not make it but they were what, the 3rd team out? I would say I'm dubious that Dayton was really their 1st team out and its sort of an olive branch for mid-majors, but with the COVID alternates in place that simply cant be the case even if its unlikely anyone has a covid outbreak and can't play. Sorry...I would have had them in over Wyoming or ND, maybe even Michigan but my homerism wont let me fully embrace that.
