Denver seems set on Lock. I think Washington is set on Haskins.

I would love to see Belichick say horsefeathers it and not grab any QBs. I'd prefer that would result in them falling on their faces, but I guess it wouldn't be awful seeing him somehow make a Jarrett Stidham led team turn into a super bowl contender

Let's see. We're ignoring foundational positions like OL to buy expensive veterans at flash positions like pass rusher and TE. We're somehow getting older. And we're trading picks to make multi-year commitments to bad QBs.

One initial report said Bears pick up 3/50, which is just his remaining base salaries, only 2020 is guaranteed. 15.125 / 14.875 / 20.

 

That would mean Jax restructured some workout bonuses and roster bonuses due and took those hits.

I still hope they draft a guy too. And at this point, if they can get a late Rd pick for Trubisky, I'd do it.

Bears are also now +5 in compensation pick formula for 2021 (max is 4) but all will be 6th or 7th rounders.

Pace really needs to trade back with 1 or even both 2nd rounders. Theres not much money left to plug up all the needed depth and certainly not enough picks to compensate for that either. Knowing him he will take them both (and a future pick) to trade into the end of the 1st.
