For those without cable and who want to avoid going to a public place to watch, where is the best place to watch this online? I heard they have gotten a lot better at shutting down those pirate sites the last year.

pick up an OTA antenna for like 20 bucks on amazon if you're near a big city

Or just turn on your local NBC station.

The game is not on the NFL Network.

that's what the OTA antenna is for

who said anything about it being on nfl network?

So I assumed that not having cable meant he/she thought the game was on NFL Network.

Take it easy David. Nobody was questioning your smarts.

I have PTSD from week one last year.

Yeah it looks like the division clinching win at home against the Packers last year did not exorcise any Rogers/Packers demons for me as I'm starting to expect another embarrassing loss on Thursday.

Obviously means nothing but ESPN simulated the NFL season 20,000 times and the aggregate had the Bears finishing 8-7-1, missing the playoffs by 1/2 game. But interestingly enough, it had the Bears starting the season 0-3 and 4-7-1 with losses to the Packers, Broncos, Redskins, Raiders, Chargers, Rams, and the 0-9 Lions (tie with the Eagles), before beating the Cowboys, Packers, Chiefs and Vikings in a row to finish the season.

Packers went 13-3 and won the division but lost in their first playoff game to the Rams and the Saints beat the Chargers in the Super Bowl.

I can forget the past. The packers have been downward trending for years and the Bears exploded onto the scene last year. We start to walk away with the game mid 3rd quarter and win something like 27-13. Last year was painful and you can look at this as a redemption game, revenge, whatever you want. It won’t matter overall.

The Bears are going to kick the Packers square in their manginas. Easy double digit win coming Thursday night. The Bears roll not only to another division title but will hoist the Lombardi trophy at the end of the season.

By "years", I assume you mean the past 2 only. Because three years ago they were in the NFCCC and won the division 5 of the previous 6 years.

From a lofty perch (10-6) three years ago to fewer wins in subsequent years. What term should I use to describe such fortitude?

I know it sounds fucked up but, I keep thinking that last season, Rodgers while, hurt, wasn't quite as bad as he was acting. He went out of his way to show up the "new" Bears and unfortunately, it worked.
