Let's call it regressing to the mean. He had a 5+ ERA at AAA. Sure that's in Colorado Springs but he was still a 5+ ERA on the road thanks to an inability to throw strikes or keep the ball in the park. He's still a project.

no, i'm 100 percent being serious. it's baseball so i realize that the cubs could fall flat on their face (hint: they won't) but the cubs are a 96 percent chance of making the playoffs and a 92 percent chance to win the division.

 

the cardinals and their 4.3 chance of winning the central is something that i regret even taking the energy of making this post. they're meaningless and a non-factor. they'll be dead soon enough
